Shopify API Deprecation: What You Need to Know

Shopify has recently announced changes to its API, requiring updates for applications that integrate with it. This article outlines the steps Pimberly is taking to ensure compatibility with Shopify’s new API version and what this means for you.

What Is Pimberly Doing?

To support Shopify's updated API, Pimberly has developed a new version of our Shopify connector. Our team is committed to making the transition as seamless as possible for all our customers.

We are upgrading customers from Shopify V1 to the new Shopify V2 Connector. Your Account Management team will reach out to discuss and schedule this upgrade. While most of the work will be handled by Pimberly’s technical team, we may need your assistance with a few configuration changes during the process.

What Do You Need to Do?

At this stage, no action is required from you. Your Pimberly Technical Account Manager will contact you to coordinate and schedule the upgrade.
