Create a Saved View
1. Adjust the columns and filters as desired.
2. Navigate to the saved views section on the left-hand menu and click the three-dot menu.
3. Select Save.
4. Provide a name and choose a folder for the saved view in the pop-up window.
5. Click Create to finalize.
Edit a Saved View
1. Choose the saved view you wish to edit from the list.
2. Make the necessary changes to the view.
3. Open the three-dot menu under the saved views section.
4. Click Save:
• To overwrite, click Update.
• To save as a new version, rename the view and click Create.
Publish a Saved View
Note: Ensure you have the “Publish Views” permission within your user group.
1. Select the saved view you want to publish.
2. Open the three-dot menu under the saved views section.
3. Click Publish.
4. Enter a name and select a folder in the pop-up window.
5. Click Publish to make the view available to others.
Archive a Saved View
1. Access the three-dot menu next to the view selection dropdown.
2. Click on Library.
3. Check the box next to the views you wish to archive.
4. Click the Archive button at the top-right corner of the page.

A: Ensure you belong to a group with the “Publish Views” permission.
