1. Access the Export Functionality
- Click the Export button located in the top right-hand corner of the Product Grid.

- Products selected using the tickbox.
- All products in the current filter.
2. Configure Attribute Mapping
- The Attribute Mapping dialog will open, allowing you to select attributes for export.

To export attributes from a product’s children:
- Drag the arrow from the Items Node.
- Click on Primary ID above the green arrow and choose the attribute to export.

To export attributes from a product’s parents:
- Use the Parents Node in the same way.
3. Export Attribute Sets
- If you want to export all attributes from an attribute set:

Hover over the grey numbers next to the attribute set name.
- Click Export to include the entire set.
4. Customise File Format

Use the dropdown menu at the top of the dialog box to select the desired file format:
- CSV
- Excel (Note: Limited to 10,000 products per file)
- Pipe-separated
- Tab-separated
- Adjust other options, such as including or excluding headers, if necessary.
5. Add Duplicate Columns (Optional)
If you need to export an attribute multiple times:
Drag the attribute into the Export area again to include it as a separate column.
6. Start the Export
1. Once all attributes and settings are configured, click the Export button.
2. A progress bar will appear at the top of the Product Grid.
7. Download the Exported File
1. Once the export is complete, a link will appear at the top of the Product Grid.
2. Click the link to download your file.
