Prerequisites
An open Asset View screen (double-click on an asset to open it).
Add a Comment to an Asset
1. Click Post a Comment.
2. Type your comment in the text box.
3. Press Enter to save the comment.
Add Tags to Your Asset
1. Click Add Tag.
2. Enter the tag you want to assign to the asset.
3. To add multiple tags, press the space bar after each tag.
4. Press Enter to finish tagging the asset.
Set Flags on an Asset
Pimberly allows you to assign the following flags to an asset:
- CYMK
- Colour Correct
- Internet Exported
- Restrictions
1. Locate the tickboxes for the flags on the Asset Preview screen.
2. Click the tickbox next to the desired flag(s) to enable them.
View Metadata
• The metadata embedded in the asset at the time of uploading is visible on the Asset Preview screen.
• Use this information to review details about the asset, such as file size, creation date, or custom metadata.
Upload a New Version of an Asset
1. Click Add Version.
2. A file browser dialog will appear.
3. Select the file you want to upload as the new version of the asset.
4. Click Open to upload the new version.
Troubleshooting
• Q: I can’t see the metadata for an asset.
A: Ensure the asset was uploaded with metadata or contact your administrator to confirm metadata settings.
• Q: My flags are not saving.
A: Verify that you have clicked the tickbox next to the flag. If the issue persists, refresh the page and try again.

Q: Can I remove a flag once it is set?
A: Yes, uncheck the tickbox next to the flag to remove it.
Q: Can I edit a comment I’ve already posted?
A: No, comments cannot be edited. However, you can add a follow-up comment if needed.
Q: Is it possible to revert to a previous version of an asset?
A: Yes, Pimberly retains previous versions, allowing you to restore an older version if necessary.
