Manually Assign an Asset to a Product
1. Open the product to which you want to assign an asset.
2. Locate the Media Set attribute that will hold the asset.
3. Click the “Add” button.
4. A new window will appear, allowing you to filter and search for assets.
5. Select the desired assets and click “Add Selected Assets”.
Set an Asset as the Product’s Thumbnail
1. Navigate to the Media Set attribute where the asset is located.
2. Select the asset you want to use as the product’s thumbnail.
3. Click the “Make Thumbnail” button.
Add Metadata to an Asset on a Product
1. In the Media Set attribute, select the asset for which you want to add metadata.
2. Click the “Set Image Metadata” button.
3. Fill out the metadata fields as required.
4. Click “OK” to save the changes.
Auto-Populate Media
If your account has auto-populate media enabled, assets will automatically be assigned to products when uploaded to Pimberly. This eliminates the need to manually assign them.
