Using the Help Centre
To log a support ticket, click Submit a request and fill in the form. Please provide as much information as you can to help us understand the issue. If you can, provide examples and steps to reproduce the issue.
If you register an account and sign in, you will be able to see and update your own tickets as well as any raised by others in your organisation.

Alternatively, drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or give us a call on 0161 804 1865. We'll log a ticket which you can then manage via the Help Centre.
Support is available Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:30, UK time. We're closed at weekends and on English bank holidays. If you encounter an issue while we're closed please log a ticket and we'll pick it up when we're back in the office.
In the first instance, please contact the support team by phone, and we'll do our best to help. However, we understand that sometimes you will want to escalate an issue. To do this, please contact your account manager. If further escalation is required, you can contact Mike Walker, VP Operations.
