If you need to reset your password, click the Forgotten Password link on the login page. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
You will receive an email containing a link that you can use to reset your password.
Alternatively, account admin users can go to Admin > Users, select the user concerned, and click Re-send Information.
I have changed my password but the new password isn't working
Check you don't have caps lock enabled, as passwords are case-sensitive.
If you have password auto-fill enabled in your browser, make sure you update the saved password before logging in.
Try resetting your password again by using the Forgotten Password link on the login page.
I have received an email saying my account does not exist
This can happen if your account has become locked as a result of entering your password incorrectly too many times.
Please log a support ticket and we will unlock your account.
