To get started, all you need to do is create a Pimberly channel with the products you want your customers to get a lens into and then send them an invite. Next, specify what products and what level of data you want to share with your customer. You’ll have the choice between which scopes, locales, or attributes they can see.
Once accepted, Connected Customers will have a real-time connection to your data. This removes the need to share multiple versions and empowers your customers by providing them with the most up to date information.
