To enhance traceability and collaboration, introduce the ability to add comments directly within datasets, decision tables, and gradings—similar to existing functionality in feeds and channels. This would allow system admins to document changes in context, right within the UI.
As a potential future enhancement, consider implementing a lightweight "commit-style" interface for key elements (e.g., feeds, channels, datasets). When updates are made, admins could be prompted to log a brief summary of the change, creating a simple, running change log. Think of it as version control, similar to a GIT commit.
