The Product Code search is only exact match, but the Keyword search returns results that are far far too broad. Because of our other systems, my teams most commonly try and find products by searching for sections of a Product Code. Could we add a toggle - similar to the case sensitive button - to make the Product Code search return partial matches? This can already be done using the filters, but this can be frustratingly time consuming when just trying to do a quick search.

Have you explored using the filters? I appreciate its potentially pattern by pattern but I thought I'd share encase it helps.
In the below example, I selected the operator "contains" and my example was "5939" on the "Product Code".

Yep, I train my team to use the filters as shown, but being able to find a product in the system ideally should be more intuitive than that. It's not ideal to have to navigate an additional menu just to try and find a product.
I'm aware this might be quite specific to how our team use the system though
