I know there is a general comments section for workflows, but some workflows can be complex. They can also have references to escaped characters and such, which to some users may not be understood.
Suggest adding a label or comment field (optional) for each assignment in a workflow. Either visible as part of the element or a mouse-over (think visible would be best). Especially helpful as time moves on and new admins and users start to take over and would like to quickly understand what each element does.
