I had a user come to me stating he was getting an error when manually creating a product. It was a generic message. Was not helpful in resolving. Was getting ready to put in a ticket and remembered that I had set a min/max on the primary description field where the max length was less than the data he was entering. That was the issue. If the error made reference to what was causing the issue, that would be very helpful.
