Coincidentally, I had two different users come to me this week asking if the PIM was working properly. They received the message below.
I would suggest rewording it to not use the word "error" as it implies something is broken or not working properly. Unfortunately, it looks like Pimberly does not queue up requests, which is fine. I would suggest rewording the message to something like this:
"Cannot run the channel request at this time. It is already running or in the process of being cancelled. Please wait a few minutes and run again when processes are completed."
