I do not know what the criteria is for retaining audit logs as it seems to be different for a variety of feeds and channels. Maybe 50 max for a feed and ?? for a channel?
Recently we had to do some troubleshooting of an issue from four days prior and the log entries stopped three days prior (it was something that happened on a Friday but user brought up the issue Monday). It would be nice to have at least a minimum of seven days worth of logs to review. Best would be 30 days. Not all issues are presented to me quickly and there are also long weekends, holidays, vacation days, etc. to consider. Where longer duration of logs would help.
