Ideally, we would like to set-up a notification/alert to users/their e-mail account when a supplier submits a data enrichment via the vendor portal. This would prevent colleagues having to regularly check to see if suppliers have sent their data for upload.
Equally, suppliers are given a "due date" which is set in the vendor portal when a data enrichment request is sent. To my knowledge (from our testing) there are no prompts/reminders when/if these due dates are not met.
