Login Page

Not sure if there is a real need to have two user actions (click Login button twice) to log in to Pimberly. The login page should have the email and password all on one page; one click. Like most websites and applications. Should be an easy fix.

    Hi Jim,

We've switched to a two-step login process in order to support multi-factor authentication (MFA) for users, which is currently available in our EU environment, and will be available in future for the US environment.

In order to redirect users to the third-party login provider that handles MFA, we need users to enter their email address first: if the user has MFA enabled they will be redirected; if not, they will be shown the password field on the standard login page.

This is a fairly standard procedure on apps that support third-party login, for example when signing into a Microsoft account.

    David.

PS - I've edited the image in your post to obscure your email address :)
