We've had a couple of cases now where a vendor has uploaded a filled in PDT, but the upload is still listed as "Pending", because they haven't realised that they need to then hit the "Load Valid Products" button:
Most of our vendors aren't native English speakers, so this needs to be much more visually prominent so that they know they need to click this in under to submit the data.

I couldn't agree more with this. We are struggling to get vendors to use the Vendor Portal successfully as it isn't intuitive to use.
