Import/Export templates

Hello!

Please can you make it possible for users to make their own custom templates for import settings.

We tend to regularly dataload the same kind of csv/xlsx import with the same attributes, and setting all the Import settings (such as the rows/single cell, value separators, leaf label etc. etc.) can be quite tiresome but also prone to human error of misclick or oversight.

We would love to have a way to import some data and have the settings already preselected to the ones we usually need for that report, rather than always getting the default settings.
This is especially a pain point when we have lots of attributes and thus lots of settings to change, and even moreso when some of the rows fail and the data has to be corrected and re-imported, sometimes several times - each time having to change the settings.

I hear there's already an open feature request for Import/Export templates, I couldn't find it here so I'm making a post but please remove this if it already exists !

Edit: I did notice at least a couple tickets that would be solved by extension of this one :)
