I get asked this a few times and there is no easy way other than to manually go through a list and jot down the user names. Sometimes a department asks who is on a group list. And because of the coding, you cannot copy/paste from a list.
Please put in a simple export of the people in groups.

Hi Jim,
I have needed to do this a few times myself in the past. If it will get you out of a jam, a copy and paste into Excel from the legacy Pimberly UI works better.
