In trying to debug a recent channel issue, it would have been good to see if the channel was run by the automatic schedule (S) or pushed out manually by a user (U) with Save & Run. Putting in an indication of who/what triggered a feed or channel could be a big help in understanding who did what and when. Not unlike you already do for manual processes:
You could add a simple visual indication in the channel/feed itself:
Add it in the logs as the process/user for the latest event (again, like you already do for import/export):
