Allow for Searching / Filtering on Channels & Feeds

At times we need to determine if a product(s) had been released to a channel. I do not see a way to do this in products. Tried a filter and column view. We have many channels and adding more. Add a way to search to see what products were released to a channel.

Could do the same for a feed, I would think. To quickly see what feed was used to create it.
