We have multiple channels where we have to send a daily file (FTP) of product changes. However, there may be days when there are no updates. Currently, no export file will be created nor sent out to the destination.
The reason for the enhancement is that the people on the receiving end will not know what the reason is for no file for a given day. Error? No data changes? At times they may be outside contractors without access to Pimberly to check the recent exports status.
Adding in the option to send an empty file will help eliminate any questions regarding creation or successful file transmission.
