Expressions in Shopify Connector

We're just setting up a Staging store using the Shopify Connector, and compared to building a custom export channel the options for Data Transformations are very limited. If we were able to use Expressions when mapping fields then this would be a massive benefit for us, and will save us having to build out lots of Workflows to populate the Shopify scope on attributes.
