Integrated UOM Converter

Is there an opportunity to integrate a UOM converter within Pimberly to support both standard and future conversion requirements?

Our business uses a range of units of measure across product data, including volume and weight, and often needs to convert between smaller units such as grams and millilitres.

During the Pimberly build, we provided a list of expected conversion scenarios for BAU use. However, any new scenarios not captured at build stage currently need to be manually configured in the back end, which can add time and dependency when new products or data requirements are introduced.

Having an integrated UOM converter would allow users to manage common conversions more efficiently, reduce manual configuration effort, improve data consistency, and support quicker onboarding of new product information.

Examples of common conversions:

9 gallons = 40 litres

70cl = 700ml

1kg = 1,000g
