I second this, with 500 + attributes it makes it really difficult to find the one you need. Alphabetical order is ideal and standard practice.

3. Allow Feeds and Channels Run By Non-Admin Role

Completely agree. There are several standard functionality that is prohibited to standard users and allowing multiple departments access as account admin is dangerous.
