Use Pimbles in workflows to automatically execute AI-driven actions as the final step in a workflow branch. This allows you to trigger one or more Pimbles without manual intervention once products reach the end of a workflow path.

Add Pimbles to a workflow

Create or open a workflow

  1. Navigate to Workflows.

  2. Create a new workflow or open an existing one you want to edit.

Add a next step to a workflow branch

  1. In the workflow builder, identify the branch where the Pimble(s) should run.

  2. Drag down from the dot at the bottom of the node and release to create a new branch.

Add a condition

  1. Click "Add condition" from the window pop-up.
  2. Click "Add" and pick which attribute and conditional logic should determine when/if the Pimble should run, then click "Confirm".

Choose which Pimble(s) to execute

  1. The Select Pimble screen opens (this is the same screen used when manually releasing Pimbles).

  2. Review the list of available Pimbles.

    • Only active Pimbles are shown.

  3. Select the Pimble you want to execute.

  4. (Optional) Select multiple Pimbles, using the same multi-select behaviour as manual Pimble release.

    • If your Pimbles need to run synchronously, tick the box "Process Pimbles in order" and drag the selected Pimbles to the correct order.

  5. Confirm your selection.

  2. Previously selected Pimble(s) are automatically highlighted.

  3. Add or remove Pimbles as needed.

  4. Save your changes.

Notes

  • Pimble workflow steps are equivalent to manual Pimble release, but are triggered automatically.

  • A workflow branch can contain only one Pimble step, and it must be the final step.
