When you log into the Vendor Portal, you’ll be greeted by your Dashboard. The first thing to check is your connection status at the top of the screen. If it shows disconnected, please contact either your merchant or the Pimberly team for support.
Uploaded Products
The Uploaded Products panel shows how many products you’ve uploaded to your Vendor Portal account. From this panel, you can also click the Upload Data button to upload new products using a Product Data Template (PDT).
Imported Products
In the Imported Products panel, you’ll see the number of products that have been successfully imported into the retailer’s Pimberly account from your Vendor Portal. Clicking the icons here will take you to the product grid, where you can view the imported items.
Product Data Templates
The Product Data Templates section allows you to download the template files needed to upload new products or update existing ones. These templates help ensure your product data is structured correctly before import.
Users
Under the users panel, you’ll see a list of users associated with your Vendor Portal account, including their name, email address, and the last time they logged in.
Recent Uploads
To access the full list of products in your account, click Products from the admin bar. This will open the Product Grid, where you can view every product uploaded to your Vendor Portal. Clicking on any product will open a preview pane at the bottom of the screen, giving you a quick overview of the product’s details.
Product Grid
To access the product grid, click the products button from the admin bar. Here you will be able to see all prodcuts that have been uploaded into the Vendor Portal account.
If you click a product, you will be able to preview the product within the preview pane at the bottom of the screen.
