What is an Enrichment Request?
An Enrichment Request is initiated by the Pimberly customer when they need you to update or complete specific product data. Instead of starting from scratch, you’ll receive a pre-populated Product Data Template (PDT) containing the products and attributes that require attention.
How to Complete an Enrichment Request
- Log into your Vendor Portal and go to your Vendor Dashboard.
- Under Outstanding Data Requests, you’ll see a list of any pending enrichment requests.
- Click the Action button next to the relevant request and download the template from the provided link.
- Open the downloaded PDT file.
- Review the products listed—these are the items the Pimberly customer wants you to enrich.
- Work through the PDT, updating values and completing any mandatory fields that are currently blank.
- Save the updated PDT.
- Return to the Vendor Dashboard.
- Under the same enrichment request, click the Action button again and choose Upload Data.
- Once the file is processed, click Load Valid Products to finalise the updates.
Failed Products
If some products fail validation, open the original PDT and delete the successful entries.
You can then correct any errors in the failed rows and re-upload the revised file.
